Profil:

We are looking for a digital strategist who wants to conquer the world of automotive and e-mobility with digital-savvy and effective content, campaigns and experiences. 

You will be responsible for developing strategies that meet clients’ objectives based on consumer insights and data. You implement, measure and optimize digital content, connections and campaigns. Your input inspires creatives and other planners to deliver the best digital work in their career. You know how to secure reach and conversion, as well as engage target audiences through owned, paid and earned channels. You know how to cast a creative idea in various platforms and give it social currency. You have good judgement and disposition towards ideas and creative strategy.


Skills and experience:

You have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in social, content and campaign development in a digital agency.  


  • Strong strategic and creative thinking. Pushing for the best possible work, standing-up for great ideas.
  • Deep understanding of digital culture.
  • Knowing how to create insights hat will kick-start the creative process and lead to work the world will notice.
  • Deep understanding and strong up-to-date working knowledge of social media platforms and their role in a larger digital ecosystem (done anything on TikTok yet?)
  • Ability to create a well thought out, data-backed strategic plan of action for campaigns and always-on content.
  • Have digitally-oriented planning skills alongside the core craft e.g. social listening, web analytics, connection- and content planning.
  • Analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
  • Extroverted with well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Know how to communicate tech and digital topics in a simple and engaging way.
  • Excellent command of English and German, both verbal and in written communication.

Responsibilities: 

  • Be part of the international campaign teams that work on campaigns for car launches and always-on content.
  • Develop, test, launch, learn, optimize campaigns and assets and then start over.
  • Keep teams on-brand and on-brief, or deviate if that makes sense;)
  • Perform detailed research using various data sources into our clients, their category, and competitors across multiple markets with a focus on all things digital, social and tech.
  • Inspire client and agency with trends, cases, design and experience examples.
  • Present to agency and client.
  • Craft the best presentations this side of the equator.
  • De-construct competitive best practices in digital and create benchmarks
  • Define digital assets, experiences and services beside the campaign efforts, to make our client win in the digital domain.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to use digital technology to enhance their overall marketing mix: product, price, place, or promotion.
  • Work closely with partners from social and digital channels and apps.
  • Structure and present recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and organize workshops around customer journeys, research and insights.
  • Participate in new business activity by providing digital intel on companies and markets.
  • Help with the ongoing digitization of the agency and processes.


What do digital strategists do all day?
